They both have their advantages, the A.M. is a great way to start the day(it's nice to have that "after glow" during the rest of the day). P.M. is a great way to end a long stress full day(it's also a great sleep aid if done satisfactorily).

um....not early am, but have done it ....the pm is always good cause it helps you fall asleep. another good time to have sex is in the afternoon....some desires are higher then and it's nice having a romantic session durning the middle of the day!
