Definately the one without photoshop. The one with photoshop looks blurry and it looks like the lower part of the face is askew somehow. Something is not quite right.
Go with the second one, the one without photoshop. It's cute.
Actually, you're adorable so don't listen to anyone who might say otherwise.

Both of them are terrible, no offense. I would've picked the first one but it is a scary looking pose and the picture is all blury, and the second one is horrible with the way your hair is. Or is this even you? I recommend posting new pictures and see what people think, don't use either of those for whatever you are planning on using it for. Leave your hair down naturally and smile, it will be a perfect picture!

I think if you could make the first one not blurry it is a better pic but I would definitely go for the one that isn't blurry otherwise!

In the 1st pic the girl looks better but its really blurry. And in the 2nd pic the girl doesnt look too good but the picture quality is good. So I would say neither one, take another picture....
