Well, yes. Not 100% of the time, but it really does work. If you are a woman having routine sex for a year, you have about an 85-90% chance of getting pregnant. If you take the pill correctly that chance goes down to about 1%.

Yes it does. Been using it 5 years and counting and working just fine, and hopefully stays that way!

They are 98-99% effective so yes they work.

It is only 99% effective when taken as prescribed.

Late pills, missed pills, lost pills, skipping pills, etc can lessen that effectiveness.

I never had a kid. I still use it but what with not getting any and all, its no wonder.
