I think that in order to prevent the social security act from going in to bankruptcy we should make lottery federal instead of state. By doing this we can take up 20% of each states gross put 15% into the social security act, and the other 5% into the high priced good at the time. Right now that would be Gas prices. By doing this we can prevent future inflation.
So what do you think?

P.S The school don't get anymore money put into their bugdet from the lottery it is just used for other things.

It is too logical. Logic, reasoning, and reasoning is something our government is not interested it. It does not allow for loopholes and misappropriation.

First, the government should replace monies they "borrowed" years ago. While lotteries could add to SS, it would be just like the schools getting it. The programs supported by it would be temporary and not go where promised. Ohio's lottery isnonly used for "temporary" programs (3 years or less).
