You can buy them on-line from Helm Publications at
www.helminc.com
The manuals cost about $35
Helm is the publisher of all of Honda's service manuals and owner's manuals and they are the official source for those materials.
There are no on-line free copies of the owners manuals available to the public. Honda dealers do have view access to on-line manuals but they can't download them.
