not really, only when im extremely angry, then im more physical than hand gestures

I use hand gestures the most when I am in my car and somebody cuts me off. I am talking since I am yelling out the window at them so I think this counts.

Sometimes, when I caant express things by words alone. My hand gestures are mild.

I just noticed that I did that on phone even when the other party could not see nor make meaning of my gestures. I found it rather odd.

I once bet a friend of mine that she couldn't go for 5 minutes without using her hands while she talked. She sat on her hands for the first 3 minutes but then forgot all about it and started gesticulating all over the place! :)
