Check what you just wrote... for the other to be correct would say "check what you have just written".
So its the 1st one.

What you wrote versus what you have written = the same. Remove the word "just". I think that's what's confusing you.
Think in terms of tense: "You wrote something" not "You written something". However, if you add the word "had"....it would be "has/have written," not "had wrote".
