I LOVE Christmas. I have already started decorating little things. I won't turn my lights or anything on for awhile though. When do you start putting up decorations?

Always on December 1st.
The lights usually take a day or two to get up outside, so our house is usually lite up by December 3.
The inside of the house is decorated by the 2nd.
You?

We are going to put our tree up on Thanksgiving, so I'll start decorating a few days before to get into the holiday spirit.

I started back in October, using the cover of Halloween. Most of the Christmas lights were put in trees and shrubs and were not lit up.
I have continued putting up lights and hope to have them all up by Dec 1st, the day I will turn lights on.

Usually about the 9th December as we have a few birthday's at the beginning of December... MINE & My daughter's included so no-one is taking that from us at our place.
We take it down before the 1st January as it is meant to be bad luck to bring anything into the new year.

Most of the people put it on the 1st of December ,but for me it's too early, so you can put it on the 19th or 20th of December (it's much better).
