Yes you can, but be aware of the problems you will have. The odometer is in kilometers, not miles, so in the USA the car is considered to be TMU.

You are not bringing the car into the USA, it would have been brought in my the owner, so you have no import fee worries. As a rule Canadian vehicles are worth 75% or less of the value of a USA vehicle when sold at a dealer auction.

If you are taking a Canadian car in on trade, then most likely there will be import fees involved. You should contact the closest Port of Entry to your location, or the nearest brokerage for legal aspects. You can find telephone numbers for Ports of Entry on www.cbp.gov
