If this is a trick question the answer is none as a bus does not have legs it has wheels.
If however you really do want to know the number of legs in total its 11,186 i believe. Or 11,188 if you count the bus driver.

You say they are with the bus, and there doesn't appear to be a bus driver.
So, I'll say there are no legs in the bus.
