I don't think that it's obsession, sweetie. Sure, you'll miss him for a while (maybe even quite a while) but sooner or later you'll get over him. I think you're just used to him being there. That's a huge step from obsession.

You may be allowing him to be so much a part of you that YOU can't feel whole without him. And, yes, while it may be real love, it may be obsession as well.
This is not something healthy even for happy married couples. Sometimes you hear about "co-dependcy", or "addictive love".
You are a whole and good person on your own.
That's what is also most lovable.

just get your mind off of him. read a book, go on a daytrip. just pamper yourself! :P
and for the guy that said suicide, thats not right. you never do that just because you have a problem
