Despite having the worst defense in sports history, the Bengals should be able to pull this one out. At the beginning of the season, the Bengals won and this time the Ravens are playing with a short week and plagued by injuries. The Bengals, on the other hand, now have an available Chris Henry to further stimulate their 5th ranked offense as well as three healthy runningbacks for the first time this year and should be able to quickly wear out an exhausted, broken defense. The Bengals defense may finally be able to stop an offense that is less than effective.
EDIT
Told you so, Cincinnati almost had a shutout, there. Too bad they couldn't get in the endzone... Oh, well, WHO DEY!

The Bengals are getting 4 - 4.5 against the home team Ravens. Baltimore can stop the Cincinatti running game, and will be able to run against the Bengals. The passing games are equally mediocre.
Look for a close game, with the advantage to the home team, and the Bengals to cover the spread. Turnovers could be a factor for the Bengals, and the Ravens do well at home.
Ravens 23
Bengals 20

I think the Bengals will win. The Ravens have no offense and their defense is banged up. Even though the Bengals defense is pretty bad, they are better than the Ravens offense. The Bengals offense it still pretty good so they should score a couple of touchdowns, which is all you need to beat the Ravens.
Bengals win 17-10.

This will be the absolute last time I take the Bengals if they can not stop the lame play calling of the Ravens.
There is no excuse for the Ravens to match the Bengals point for point in this one.

I just wanted to point out that the Browns are a much better team than most of you idiots are making them out to be. They made more off-season improvements than any team in the league. They addressed every issue they had on offense (which was the cause of their poor record last year) and made a few improvements on defense. The Brown will be a .500 team at worst. But no, the Bengals will not make the Super Bowl. Nobody expected the shootout that occurred last weekend, and I don't think it reflects the quality of Cincy's team, but there are just too many better teams they will have to go through to get to the Super Bowl.

Bengals are too dysfunctional to be a factor the rest of the season. Baltimore is still playing for a playoff slot and McNair is playing for his future in pro football. The Ravens are not suddenly going to explode offensively, but McNair will have a good game and Ravens defeat the Bengals 20-13.

I gotta go with B-more on this one. Their D was embarrased last week and they got a lot to prove and a huge chip on their shoulder. They will take it out on Cinci. The Ravens O is bad and again they will score maybe 9 points, but I think the D is gonna put up some points too. At home I gotta go with the Ravens, if nothing else than the fact they want revenge from last game. B-more 23 - Cinci. 14 (at most)

Do I have to choose?
Both of these teams are not contenders and not very good. The Ravens are slightly better on paper, I say that this is a toss up, but the Ravens will still be a 1 point favorite.

They are both major dissapointments..
As the saying goes, defense ussualy beats offense. Cinci has truley horrible defense and even the Ravens wil score on them. Baltimores D was terrible against Pitt, but they will rebound and have a decent game.
I would say 27-21 Ravens.
