I think all of your names are nice, but my personal favorites would be Jacob and Joel, just cuz I've always liked those names. But like I said, all of them are good. My next choices would be Nicholas and Noah and then Anthony and Adam.

personally, i'm not really into same letter (or rhyming) names for twins because even though they are twins,they're still 2 seperate people and may want their own individuality later on. How about switching the names around, like...
anthony jacob and joel adam
anthony joel and jacob adam
adam jacob and joel anthony
adam joel and jacob anthony
anthony nicholas and noah adam
anthony noah and nicholas adam
adam nicholas and noah anthony
adam noah and nicholas anthony
jacob nicholas and noah joel
jacob noah and nicholas joel

or something like that? That way, they could be twins, but still be their own people.

I like the two A names, with Anthony, because you can have the first name start with the same letters, and nickname total different. In school and with friends, and when they are 30, they would love that fact

Wow, this is a difficult one.
Not Anthony and Adam, because his friends could end up calling him Tony and .. Tony and Adam is not nearly as cool sounding a Anthony and Adam.
I like Jacob and Joel.
even if it gets shorten to Jake... Jake and Joel still sounds awesome together.
