THERE ARE 2, 3/4 DRAIN LINES ALREADY EXISTING THERE. CAN I USE ONE OF THEM OR TIE BOTH TOGETHER WITH A TEE TO MAKE A DRAIN. OR SHOULD I REMOVE THEM AND INSTALL A 1 1/4 PIPE FOR A DRAIN?

Change them to 1 1/2". There is noway that those 3/4" lines were ever used or intended to be used as a drain pipe. Are you sure they were not supply lines, cause they would be 3/4" or 1/2". But I guess you don't have to be able to spell PLUMBING to be able to do it.

! 1/4" drain is trap size for a lav. usually connected to 1 1/2" DWV in the wall. NEVER ATTACH A LARGER PIPE TO A SMALLER ONE

I guess I'm confused about any DRAIN line being 3/4???

Do you have a clue as to their original purpose? Are they not INLET lines perhaps?

As you suggest and anothers states go with the Usual drain diameter plumbing, Your sewage/exit lines from any other sink should be that size anyway.

sounds like you want to drain into some washer supply lines.... make sure your drain doesn't freeze and a 2 inch drain isn't a bad idea since you need to start from scratch anyway

Need at least a 11/2'' drain for a sink and it must be vented.
