I am the type of guy who expresses his feelings whether its compassion or I am mad about something. However, in a recent relationship, it has caused a lot of drama for me.
We "broke up" and she said she hated me but she still emails me back telling me she is doing ok. Why would she do that if she hates me?

It could be because she's mad at herself for making a decision to leave you and now she probably regrets it....I wouldn't even return her e-mails or feed into her games...She was the one who left you...You didn't do anything wrong but, love her and was yourself in the relationship...I guess she is not ready to be with a mature guy like you...

I think it's good when they express positive ones, not jerk face ones. On the other hand, when they do express their feelings, depending on the person, I do find myself looking down upon them, that's because when they just say things like that I think they are lying so I start to lose respect so I don't get hurt by their lies. But if they don't express any feeling I start to think they don't care at all. So i think saying their feelings is good for the most part, but actions speak louder than words.

Maybe she wasn't the one for you? I don't think that expressing feelings is a reason for a break up, unless you are rude and say things which are unkind and just plain mean.
Saying "I FEEL" when you are expressing feelings is the best way... pointing fingers at others and blaming them isn't the way to go. I'm NOT saying you are doing this, just making a point.

It's a myth that men don't express feelings because they're afraid of what other men will think. That's BS. It's because they're afraid their girlfriends/wives will think less of them, and look for another guy immediately after realising that their boyfriend/husband is a sensitive guy. Express as little as possible, unless you don't like her anymore, then get all sensitive, and she'll dump you.

Yes, women do like men who express their feelings, but women don't like psychodrama, unless they have some emotional disturbance. Alot of people say things in anger that they don't mean. Instead of trying to analyze what this girl is thinking, you might want to do some self analysis.

I don't know what her problem is but my guess is she doesn't really HATE you. Personally, I prefer when guys express their feelings because most of them don't, which is frustrating because then you never know what's going on or what your doing wrong, or why they've started acting funny, etc. I think it's always better to know than just wonder.

Yes I do,, We are not mind readers and if you don't tell us or express how you feel we will never know...
She was just upset and she wouldn't bother you if she hated you,,unless she was being cruel or stalking you...Most would just leave you be and out of their life if she hated you...Talk to her and see what she feels...We have bad moods too and bad days... GOOD LUCK!

I don't but some girls like guys to be emotional. She e-mails you to say that because she is trying to convince you that she is fine, despite your dramatic behavior. I would advise you to tone it down so you can get and keep a girl.

they like manly guys trust me
it seems as your a wuss if your too sensetive
also she mabey just wants to be cool with you but doesnt want to really be your friend or see you just ask her if she wants to be cool with you
