An idea is bigger than all the oceans put together. The logic is simple an ocean is finite but a thought can continue beyond that of the person who started it. Eventually an idea can become a reality but inevitably it will start off another idea.
So I guess an idea is in effect infinite and immortal.
Hope that makes sense to you like it did to me.

An ocean.
Try to think of one single idea that has lasted a couple billion years. Ideas are tiny little short-lived things when compared to an ocean.

The ocean..an idea can drowned by others' ideaology. Or it can be fine tuned as to where it wasn't a good idea after all, i.e. safety.
The ocean remains the same...it is an absolute..ideas are not. Like styles go in and out...ideas fade away and lose their luster.

An ocean. You can drown an idea in an ocean but you can't soak up an ocean with any idea.

I bet you were one of those kids that had no problems adding apples and oranges in grade school. I still do not see why teachers found it so difficult.
