Breaking and entering with intent to steal?
Yea, I think that's an offense that should send someone to jail.

I doubt the prosecutors would be salivating if it was just some rich white schmo. This is an over zealous selective enforcement, ethics travesty.
Regardless of this particular case, both the prosecution and defense sides of law need a checks and balance ethics committee, to oversee the exaggerated direction a prosecutor will go, knowing the level defense attorneys will stoop to. This "throw whatever you can at em, and see what sticks" (this is a direct quote from actual prosecutors) is insanity! How many are sitting in jail, simply by extreme lopsided levels between a prosecutors attack drone mentality and a feeble public pretender. The new language is "Orwellian" .."enhancements" "special circumstances"...verbose ways of double triple and quadruple jeopardy. DWI changed to DUI and is now "impaired". I've heard of cases when .0001 gets you 2 DUI's, if some vitamin or whatever they make up at the time, is in your system. their logic being, that if a vitamin can be involved in the case, even an undetectable amount of alcohol can be said to have been enhanced and therefore the .08, standard of law we voted on doesn't even matter, .0001 is 1 DUI the vitamin the 2nd DUI. When they are dismissed after trips to court by cab bankrupts someone, now incoherant, over the ordeal... are they supposed to consider themselves lucky?!

on tvO J is jiving a life of hell on earth, hes spent millions in defense fees,he lost his high paying job with Hertz, sportscaster, hes been kicked out of restaurants,he dresses up like a clown to make money selling autographs, even his best friend that stood by him throughout the murder trials withdrew his friendship publicly on tv,and now some of the hotels in would not rent a room to him and he has to get one under an assumed name.He escaped the arm of the law in L A but since he has been tried by the peoples court almost daily. He lost all revenue to his book plus he lost the civil suit & has to hide any money he has to keep it,he had to move to Flordia just to have a homethat cant be taken away from him. Then the dummy is facing the legal system for trying rob some mobsters.O J is a victum of his own doings. There is a saying in the old testament book of Proverbs "the stripes of a fool are many"i think this fits O J exactly. He cant blame his misfortune on racial discrimnation, the justice system,or anyone but himself.Thats the problem with so many that blame all their bad luck on someone else when actually they have been given every opportunity possible to make something of their life. They could tear up a steel anvil with a rubber hammer.Their failures cant be because their great-great-great grandma was a slave(actually that was a blessing for them they dont to live in Africa)or its not because of the color of their skin there are people of different colors all over the United States that have adapted just fine."The truth will set you free but 1st its going to make you miserable"you just can't put square pegs in round holes facts are still facts.

Both
I think O J should be in Prison for life for killing Nicole and Ron Goldman.
I have read the book by Christopher Darden, one of the prosecutors. (BLACK)
if you get a chance read it. The evidence NOT ALLOWED INTO TRIAL overwhelmly prooved his guilt.
On the second set of charges, if you or I had been there, we'd be in just as much trouble.
You can't go into a man's room with guns and TAKE what you claim belongs to you at gunpoint!!

I think OJ is clearly guilty and deserves his punishment. I also think he was guilty of murdering his ex-wife and her boyfriend. He should be grateful for the time he spent free and face up to his actions and the consequences. The ones that I feel for are his children. They have lost their mother and now will likely lose their father even though he is a total creep!

Personally I think OJ did kill his wife and her boyfriend. I do think he should go to jail for doing this latest stint with his "so called" memoriabilia. IF it was "anyone" else...they wouldn't have thought about it, they would've just put them 'under' the jail. I mean...come one, a GUN! Yes OJ is getting exactly what he wanted I think. Prosecuters are just what they are: Prosecuters. Everyone has a job in life and that's theirs.
