5th hit on google found their web site .. unfortunately it's a multi-media cr*p site (requires Flash 7 to view) & I never waste time or bandwidth with such stuff .. but it DOES tell you they REALLY fancy themselves ...

So there we are then - they make nothing, just collect fees .. I expect they farm out the actual building work to who-ever delivers the lowest quote (no doubt some Polish Workers Co-operative just arrived from France off the trains at Waterloo :-) )

If you REALLY want to know, why not do some research yourself ?
(it's not hard = just call up Google and search for "One Hyde Park" ..)
