Yes, just like my mother was. We hardly have any photos of her other than the ones taken before she married. My suggestion to young people just starting families is to include everyone in pictures, if possible. The years go by too fast and your children and grandkids will appreciate seeing you as you were when you were young.

All the time! I work as a photographer and so people say "give the camera to her as she does good pictures". Flattering I know but I went to a friends wedding last Saturday and the photographer didn't turn up, so guess what? No wedding breakfast for me!

Yes Granny!! It always happens with me. But I'm glad. Because I do not like pictures of myself, or the way I look photographed. (even though i am very beautiful)

I take a lot of the pictures, but we've got to where we take turns and use each others cameras when family is together. My daughter's camera has a timer so we can all be in the picture, I like that.

Yes. We went on one family vacation, years ago. When the pictures came back, it seemed that 3 people, not 4, were on that vacation. I threw a fit over that.

Since then, I insist that different people in our group always take a few photos.

Yes! This is weird because I was just going through old pictures of my daughter and me for her wedding slide show and realized that there were only a couple of them with me- i was a divorced mom and so I took all the pictures!! lol!

Yes! I learned that from my mom. When we went to Disneyland in 1955, she had the 8mm camera in her face the entire time. You want to see the jungle ride? Mom's not in it. I take all the digital photos. If i want to be in one, I cut and paste! OH!! I have a standard face of mine that I like to stick on my face if I don't like it. there are a dozen or more pictures of me with the same face in different situations within the past year. LOL

Great question! I'm usually the one with the camera. But I make sure I'm in the picture because I hold my arm out and snap. So most of my pics are close ups since I'm short with short arms.

You've got some great questions all the time DaisyMae. I take all the pictures. My sister and I had to find a picture of her husband for something. She went home to look in her photo albums, I went home to look in mine, she called me and said, "I feel like sister-in-law C. All the pictures are of me and the kids." I said, "I feel like sister-in-law K, all my albums are filled with pictures of the son."
