A Dr can tell whether her hymen has been broken, but in this day of horse riding, gymnastics and sitting on chairs backwards most girls have broken their hymens before they even know what it is. If not, a tampon or a smear test will do it for you.
So, a Dr can tell whether the hymen is broken, but not how, therefore can't say whether a girl is a virgin.
The only other clue is that glow and smile that the others have mentioned, but that's not 100% reliable.

You spelled 'loses' right the first time, but you misspelled 'virginity'
no there is no way to tell a girl is not a virgin, many things can break the hymen and some girls aren't even born with one. A lot of girls stretch the hymen out over time by inserting tampons over and over and never really notice a time where it actually "breaks"

As has been said, one can only lose his or her virginity once. Also, it is helpful to properly spell, too. Proper sentence structure is another bonus.
Practicing abstinence is much more desirable, anyway. If a guy is not impressed, then move on. My husband and I refrained until our wedding night. Yes, I did sleep with guys before him, but I didn't marry any of them.

No, I don't think so. Your hymen can break from riding a horse or any kind of accident so that's not reliable. Your doctor may notice stress to your cervical area and vaginal walls but otherwise, nobody should know if you don't tell them.

For the first time? Virginity is lost ONE time.
No, nobody can tell. And, as far as the gyn goes, they wouldn't really know if the hymen was broken due to sex or if it naturally broke via other physical activity. Naturally, if one goes to the gyn and is sexually active, one needs to let the gyn know that they are sexually active.

You can only lose it once. Once it's gone, it's gone! If you are thinking of losing yours, please don't. It's a precious thing and from your question, you do sound young.
Can anyone tell? I think maybe a doctor or a gynecologist can, but am not a hundred percent certain if it's foolproof.
