if two parents are carriers of albinism( an autosomal recessive trait). what is the chances that their fourth?

i know that the carriers are Cc and Cc so they have CC, Cc. Cc, and cc. so how would you figure out chances of fourth child?
i know that one of them is CC so is not its only 25% chances?

ACCORDING TO MENDELS EXPERIMENTS 1 CHILD IN 4 ON AVERAGE WILL BE ALBINO AND 1 OTHER WILL CARRY THE TRAIT.
