Hello,

I have a TOSHIBA TEC B-SX4T Label Printer and a system running XP and a piece of Label Designing software called LABELVIEW.

I bought the printer so that those in my workplace can just put any labels in that they like, adjust the sizes of the labels and print labels.

However, I set the system up, installed the drivers from the disk which came with the printer and ive installed LABELVIEW and the special drivers that the software uses to allow all of the features of the software.

I started out with a set of labels on a reel which are 65 mm wide, and they wouldnt work. So I got some larger labels which are from Parceline and I managed to get it working with those.

As I had managed to get it working fully with the Parceline labels, I assumed that It was set up ok... so I put those 65mm ones back in and adjusted the settings with the right dimensions... and they dont work.

No other labels work apart from the parceline ones.

Am I missing some settings?

ahhh

WHAT way don't the labels work, does it not feed them ? If not probably the backing paper is the wrong type, OR you have not fed them through the paper path the right way for that for of label stock.

Did you order the labels SPECIFICALLY to work on that machine ? If so send them back. If not, call a supplier, tell them what label printer U use ask for labels the size you need that work with it.

If it needs special types of labels (thermal etc) the INSTRUCTIONS will tell you this
