The North division would then be the Patriots, Steelers, Ravens, and Browns. The East would be the Bills, Jets, Dolfins, and Bengals. Wouldn't that make both divisions more competitive?

Probably this year it would make sense...but you never know that at the beginning of the season

see I always thought Colts, Steelers, Bengals, Browns....put the Ravens with Patriots, Bills, Jets
and the dolphins should be with jaguars, texans, and titans

seemed to be regionally closer together, and the fan base seems to generalize in these areas....in indy, there are more steeler fans than titan and texans combined

but they have it the way they do for more of the tradition in the NFL, not how good they are

regional makes more since for the fan base

Don't care about the Patriots, but Cincy has to stay with Cleveland, Pitt, and Balt. I don't want to see this division broke up ever.

the history of the sport with its traditions and traditional division rivals is more important than just realigning the divisions every couple years to make them "more competitive"....
and it's spelled Dolphins...

i think they need to be put in the nfl "hall of shame" right now....oh wait they already have been elected by the fans to the hall of shame, first ballot inductees
