loads of times. i am a very nervous person, so it happens quite regularly... two of the most frightening times were \;

when my house was broken into, and i was alone in my bedroom, and had to deal with the situation... thank goodness i had a lock on my bedroom door. (some people think that mobile phones are annoying, but i was very glad of mine that particular evening !)

when my son was born. i had to have an emergency forceps delivery after a very long labour. his oxygen levels and heartbeat had dropped, and suddenly the delivery room was full of doctors and machines..... i went into shock, and was shaking like mad. thankfully he was delivered in time, and i am lucky enough to now have a healthy 5 year old.

Yes. When I suffered from panic attacks I used to literally tremble with fear and then throw up.

I was a bit wobbly when being chased by 20 bottle wielding dribbling scousers when United played at Anfailed a couple of years back.
Well, we were outnumbered 10 to 1 so it was a no brainer really...we had to leg it.
