Right now, law school takes 3 years if you go full-time. There has been discussion for years about eliminating the third year, but it hasn't yet happened. If anyone tries to tell you that you can graduate sooner from their school, run! Those things are generally regulated by the state Bar , not by the schools themselves, who need to follow the rules laid down by the Bar.

As far as I know, it takes three years at US law schools. They won't let you take more than a certain number of credits per semester in order to finish early, because they know the work load would be more than mere mortals could bear.
