Depends on the which Celeron and which P4. The Celerons are still being made, and so have models that can be any where from 100mhz to 3.0ghz (3,000mhz). The P4 have not been made in several years, with models between 100mhz and 1.0ghz.
So without know WHICH Celeron and WHICH P4, the question can not be answered.
