no, you can change your handwriting style with practice without changing your personality, and you can change your personality without changing your handwriting. i think this is one of those things that people try to find meaning in to give themselves something to do, or to make life more interesting. like superstition for example.

Yes, and no...
One may have different types of handwriting, and I am one of them. But having too various handwriting could be meaning that person have super-complicated personality which make these peoples hard to cooperate with.
Watch, when you are writing with your best writing, this writing describe about what you want yourself to be, and this connect with self actualization.
When you are writing with your commonly used style, it shows your original lifestyle. One with small handwriting tend to be idealistic person, and if it is straight, especially connecting from one to another letter, this one is a full-of-rule person.
Of course, the common handwriting which is so ugly until only teachers ccan understand, so big, vary does not reflect a bad person after all. But this reflect a free-will person, or easy going person, so on...
And bad persons usually use thier best handwriting in all ocassion to cover thier bad personality, and these are real bad people.
Those factors should be carefully considered to answer this question, and the answer is actually YES if it is carefully done with one's COMMON handwriting...(read the previous paragraph of my submission)
Notice that as the handwriting are affected by one's emotion, one single copy of handwriting does reflect one's personality only at the time.
To know the real personality, we should hold more samples collected from different crecedentials in the one's life, so we can figure it out. I hope this help...

Up to a point. If a person writes with large open loops, he or she is supposed to be open and generous, if the loops are closed, they're less open-handed. The amount of pressure tells you they're confident if the writing is dark and even, angry if the letters look a bit jerky, and faking if the writing is light and the letters aren't evenly formed. Handwriting is mostly affected by emotion, so you don't really get a true, overall picture of a person, just what they're feeling at the time.

It can sometimes give you an idea of the sex and age of the writer, but in that sense it's very unreliable since you can change your handwriting very easily.
Handwriting can also be used with somewhat more accuracy to give a general idea of the mood the person was in while they were writing. But it's not the sort of thing you can do without training, and it's far from an exact science.

the uglier the word, the smarter person is. Legible writing are most dim witted because they used so much time to learn to write pretty instead of learning, and smart people are too busy solving math to consider their handwriting.

I would say, it can tell you if they are neat. If the handwriting is neatly written, then the person should be clean and neat. Of course, that is just my opinion. Peace!
