A mandatory release of energy. Yes, it is over rated and misused most of the time. Some people are very concerned and careful about it while others resort to animal instincts without much control at all. To me at least, having sex for the sake of just sex is a waste of time. If the person you are with is nothing more than a platform or a prop the act has been degraded to the level of a bowel movement, which shouldn't be mixed with the equation.
