4.75 billion / 27000
= 4.75 * 10^9 / 27 * 10^3
= 17592592.593
= 17.593*10^ -6

You have already been answered the numerical part of the question but you know billion can mean two different figures to different people.

=4,750,000,000,000 /27000
=4,750,000,000 / 27

the answer to that is: 175,92592.59 took me ages to figur out........and you normal computer calculator is a 8 digit and billion has more numbers than 8 digits.mines the right answer because i doubled check , i first did it with paper then got my scientific calculator which is 50 digit calculator.! gud luck
