I have lived and worked in Russia and I can say that I did not notice a typical Russian " look " in the service dept office I had three secretary's one of which was a very Scandinavian looking girl [ blonde hair , pale skin and blue eyes ] Another had very long dark hair and dark skin and much to my surprise almost black eyes and the third one looked like a London chavette Russia is such a huge area that the people seem to be a varied race from Moscow to Siberia they look very different so your question is almost impossible to answer properly sorry
