I try to replicate dishes from all over the world. I don't do the altered versions which have been changed to suit the public.
When abroad I try to eat where the locals eat - its much better and the food much nicer. I am trying out dishes from hungry - lots of Paprika, Pakistan and some Iranian dishes (vegetables & rice wrapped in pine leaves).

Bin jar or packet sauces and cut your ingredients in half helps improve flavours. I experiment each week by using up ingredients in the fridge - soups etc.

Its fun !

Bon Appétit !

I can cook anything. I love to experiment and come up with unique recipes as well. I have my 9 year old interested in cooking as well. It's a great stress reducer for me! (plus eating all that wonderful food isn't so bad either!)

Different "easy to make" things. This week, for the first time, I cooked Chicken korma and Lasagna....on different days of course. I quite like learning how to cook new things.

By the way, I'm a student. So, you have to look at it from that perspective.
