Very, mainly in the inside. A lot of times this doesn't show on the outside and I give people the impression that I am unemotional or even "cold" in certain situations. Sometimes I just don't know how to show the emotion or feel awkward to show emotion on the outside.

I am an emotional person, but as a male it is generally regarded, by your peers, to be an unmanly trait. I have cleverly been able to mask all my emotions and have them appear as anger. If I am sad, I can manifest that as anger. Same with almost every other emotion I have. And guess what, most men, especially those in macho male society, behave exactly the same. That is because anger is more acceptable to my male counterparts, than tears of grief, sadness or hurt of any kind (which is usually regarded as a sign of weakness). It is bred into us by our fathers and brothers and uncles and most other male role models from birth, who all say, " don't cry like a girl, be a man about it". " Toughen up, son". You have all heard it at one time or another. As males, we are taught to hide our true emotions, but they manifest themselves as other problematic emotions, such as anger, hatred etc. We all possess the same emotions, some of us display them differently.

I have a very tough exterior but deep down im very emotional. I hate crying in front of people. I had a little cry at work last week and all my work mates were so shocked, they thought i never cried. I try to only show my emotions to my bf as he understands me and always calms me down when im anxious or upset.

Yes i am,but i am not only emotional, i am also a thinking being, and a moving being...i do not only have a heart to feel, i also have mind to think of some things as well as my body and senses to carry out and to concretize what i thought and what i feel...if I am only an emotional being then i am not a complete person...

Yes! I feel like crying over the smallest things!! I think it's probably because I am a girl. Most girls are very emotional.

I was, but over the years I have learned that showing your emotions will make the other person think you are weak.
I have got over my emotions, but even if you can't get over it, try not to show it.
Well, easier said than done!

I tend to be more logical.
I've learned not to allow my emotions to "get the best of me" yet still be thoughtful in my decisions.

Nope, However when i was trying to lose weight which i did as a teen i was crying too much because i was fat and couldn't do anything. I did it and now I'm happy. I'm not too emotional besides that.
