That would fit all the dry beans available in the grocery store, usually near the pasta. Kidney, pinto, great northern, black, calico, mung, lentil....

You might consider soy beans. You can by seeds from any of the only seed stores like Burpee.

mung bean sprouts real quickly. seeds are normally available all year (here anyway) - google it
