life or death. i don't believe in the death penalty but i think we can make an exception.

you may forget that some Japanese were charged with violating human rights at the end of world war 2. this was because they tortured prisoners by water boarding them, it was a crime then and it still is now. anyone that argues that it is not torture is mistaken, it uses the threat of imminent death to coarse to interrogate a person. it is also far from safe many POWs died while being water boarded in WW2.

Waterboarding is not torture.

"Infliction of severe physical pain as a means of punishment or coercion"

Waterboarding does no physical harm, and is justifiable as a means of interrogation.
