Nothing probably. Just too much weight for it to propel itself and you uphill. Steeper the hill slower it goes.
Try increasing speed prior to the hill and roll on the gas as you start up to help. No matter though it is a 50 and they always slowed down on hills. Most large trucks do the same on the highway (if you noticed). Since they carry a lot of weight, they have little reserve power to keep speed on hills. All vehicles require more power to climb hills, just all don't always have enough. Also if the hill is long and steep almost all vehicles will have to downshift to climb it.
I had a VW van that could not climb hills either and had to downshift, put in high out put engine and problem cured (except real steep hill).

Read Newton's first law of physics:
An object in motion will continue to move at a constant velocity unless a resultant force acts on it. What's slowing you down, my friend, is gravity. A 50cc bike doesn't have enough nads to climb a decent sized hill.

Nothing wrong, it is GRAVITY, your little 50cc is doing its best. The only thing you can do is get a larger displacement engine. You can buy a larger bike, or try to modify the 50cc you have... I don't advise the latter unless you know what you are doing... and the cost is really not worth it in most cases.

Check your air filter.
If the temperature has change a lot since you last noticed it running good, it could be that (The jetting). As air gets colder it gets more dense, so you will be running lean (Less gas going in). You might need to bump up the main jet one or two sizes.

Theres nothing wrong with it,it just hasn't the power needed to pull. It's only a small engine, but you could consider some mild tuning to the carburettor and exhaust.

Might need a top end rebuild (cylinder, piston & rings).
Little engines, especially 2 strokes should be rebuilt once a year, every other year at the most.

You should get a real bike that has balls to go up hills.

I would be surprised if it goes faster uphill than downhill.
