Based on the smell of her discharge it sounds like she has a bacterial infection going on. The only way to find out for sure is for her to go back to her doctor for further evaluation of the situation.

It sounds more like bacterial vaginosis - you need to get to the doctor for that.
No amount of washing will sort that one - in fact over washing or douching could even make the issue worse.
Get to the doctor!

its yeast infection. may be she can lessen it by cutting at least 1/4 inch of her pubic hair... that is bacteria that is causing her vagina's bad odor...
