For purposes of corporate interests only, the US is not authorized to launch wars against other countries. Under the International Law, it is only when the national security of a country is threatened that it can wage a preemptive attack against an aggressor.

For me, I believe USA, nor any other nation for that matter, has any right to launch pre-emptive wars on other nations to protect their Corporate Interests. The difference is, few nations oppose USA and those that do usually get tagged as threats to their interests and they want to eliminate any threats. They're just abusing their power

The Constitution is very clear on the issue of war, Of coarse if you were to ask Bush He would say " Quit throwing the F-ing Costitution in my face,it's just a God Damb Piece of paper!" And YES He Did Too Say IT!
