At this time it is unlikely.
It may be that using superconducting magnets will be the only breakthrough that we can exploit and that will be somewhat limited.
I guess it's possible mathematically, just not practically.

I think not. Because many things would change. For example, people might float unto outerspace if we could manipulate gravity. For me, gravity is not like strings wherein we can just move it/manipluate it anywhere or anytime.
I would be really amazed if there is a way to manipulate gravity.

i think we can't in general, but we can "trick" it so it looks like the gravity has changed. for example, there's an attraction in a kind of "Disneyland". we can fly there! but it's due to the force given upward to repell the gravity, not changig the gravity

There is a small research project at NASA looking into it, they found that a spinning superconducting object seems to deflect gravity waves, and are hopeful it can become something useful.

The superconductor story is bullshit and it does not even come from NASA.
