my usb ports on my acer 3680 2576 yea all 3 ..dont run my mouse anymore.not sure but i think brother put a faulty mouse in it with wires he put together...is there a reset ...fuse ?the one on the side gives mouse half power i think the blue on it lights up the ones on back give no light tha

My guess is the USB drivers are corrupted, all 3 USB ports don't "fail", all at the same time.
In the Device Manager, delete (un-install) all USB hubs and re-boot. Windows will reload the correct working USB drivers
If this doesn't work, or your nervous about trying the above:
Back up your personal data and use the Acer Recovery disks to reset to Factory fresh. Read the Acer User Manual for more info.

Try reinstalling your motherboard drivers. Your USB ports are directly connected to the motherboard. If reinstalling the drivers doesn't work it could be a sign of a bad motherboard that lost the capability to communicate with the USB ports.
