I heard that the chase of 322 for Pakistan's victory is the 9th largest successful chase in history of cricket ODIs. Is that true? If so, its quite an accomplishment seeing how badly Pakistan played in world cup.

Yes you heard right.
It was record. Pakistan have ability to do any thing at any time. This team is unperdectable.
If they have to win they can chase easily high scores like 322. but if they dont want to win then cannot chase even 106(against S.A pakistan was bold out for just 89).
As far as your question concerned about pakitan played in world cup, then its true that pakistan and india both played badly in world cup, but recover them in 20 20 world cup, and both played final, althought india won, but pakistan played so well, and they lose a almost winning match.
Discuss end.

While it is a record as far as Pakistan is concerned as it was the first time they have chased a total in excewss of 320 runs and won, Ihdia have already won two matches, one against West Indies and one against England chasing 325 and 326 runs respectively.
