When am sad i sit down with a pen and a paper and write what am feeling about anything.When am through i usually feel so good with myself. It works so well just like talking to someone about what is bothering you. Sometimes i listen to really good music or dance myself silly or even cry like a baby it just does wonders for me. Why are you sad or it was just a question?

I listen to cheerful music, I go out, I meet with lonely people (because lonely people talk much more to someone who notices them as they are alone so much time and so the conversation goes)
And also, I do stuff that I really like: sing, draw, go for a bicycle ride in the countryside...

All different kinda ways listening to music, exercise, going for a walk, going to see friends/family to cheer me up, chocolate, shopping!! Loads of different ways it all depends what takes my fancy at the time

If my kids are asleep, listening to Bon Jovi's Bounce helps a lot. I also write and/or read my stories. That's always a good kick up.

Sometimes I think I have but then it comes back. It's a never ending battle when you have depression. Drinking doesn't really cheer it just kills your liver. But a good friend is helpful.

i love shaun john's answer.
always look at the brighter side.
but again when it happened, i will eat, eat, go for a long swim, eat again, hang out with friends, eat, take a long shower, and eat.
owh and, did i mentioned 'eat'? yes, that's the best cure. *winks*
