Yes, much of the world would. In America, people who are professional will always try to be civil as we must work with people of all sides of the coin.
If and when such a thing happens, the nation would be in better shape. When you clean house, you set matters right before your neighbor and the entire world in the case of this nation.
If you don't clean house, (1) people in other nations will quietly or openly hate you. (2) Foreign governments will not work with you as if you were honest. Diplomacy will go down hill and your nation will lose in the end.
What the Bush administration is currently doing is elimination enemies and loose ends and condemning the honest activities of foreign nations demonizing them so as to build strength for another war.
China has every legal right to sell US currency on the open market. She is doing so, because the value of the dollar is dropping due to Bush's illegal and criminal war. This would hurt us, but China is not doing this to hurt our economy. Could a good and upright negotiator help the US economy by negotiating with China? Yes, a good negotiator could, but none are found in the Bush administration as many good people's hands were tied by the Bush administration long ago.
A lot of things never makes the press!

They celebrated after Hitler, everyone was holding each other in Times Square, and I think that it will be a double celebration for the execution of the criminals that destroyed thousands of innocent American lives on that hellish number and date 911, justice will be served and all of those people will be able to rest in peace, and there a new America will reborn from the ashes of the Bush & Criminals Dictatorship that slaughter as many people as Hitler or Stalin did, but worst than them because they denied the massacres they committed.

In other parts of the world they will celebrate.
In America, we will be pi**'d off because we elected him, respected him and trusted him with the duty of handling our business around the world and at home. He abused the power we gave him. It was a bad hire for America. We'll hire someone else to take his place and expect them to clean up the mess expeditiously.
