This is where he is a good business man. He wants to get rid of the bloated government bureaucracy and stop bleeding our country to death by giving us away to foreigners.

Our current president and congress have put us in so much debt that we have to borrow from China to 'police the world' under our current president, while China continues to poison us with their unsafe products. This is all wrong and twisted.

Ron Paul wants us out fo the UN because the UN seeks to control the world and bring us to one world government.

Ron Paul wants to bring the jobs back to the US instead of sending them to other countries through NAFTA, CAFTA, etc.

Ron Paul wants to secure our borders to prevent terrorist attacks from within.

Vaughn is absolutely right. Ron Paul's businessman background, to me, is his one fault. I used to think that someone who could run a successful business would be a great leader for our country. (It still looks good on paper) However, Micheal Bloomberg (Mayor of New York) forever changed my mind. As soon as he took office, he started nickle and dimming everyone. (One Man got a summons for sitting outside his store on a milk crate for using the crate for something other then carrying milk.) Bleeding New Yorkers, and it's visitors, dry could be forgiven if It improved the city, but I can't find one case where the city was improved by something other then non-government sponsored projects. The city's infrastructure is falling apart, and not a dime is spent on the problem until it fails completely. The steam pipe explosion, and the Queens blackout are good examples.
I agree with you that another lawyer would stink, but when you really think about when it comes to scruples, money, and loyalties, what's the difference between a lawyer and a businessman?

Ron Paul .... businessman...maybe, but he knows less about foreign policy than most Americans. Mitt Romney would be a better suited businessman as President if that's the criteria we were to use, without the flawed foreign policy thinking of Paul.
