Because Christians don't want to admit that more blood has been shed in the name of their Prince Of Peace than the fanatical terrorists have shed, maybe? Or that because of their actions, they have made the world view Jesus as a kind of terrorist? And when they have to look it in the eye they call it blasphemy to make themselves feel better?
I'm just sayin'.

I have not seen the object of the question, but read some of the answers,I am continually amazed at the number of people who can make definite statements on what Peter did,and Jesus did that, Mathew said to Luke etc, how, do they know? except from what they have been told no accuracy is possible. whatever creed you follow. Mans inhumanity to Man is with us, and always will be.

Jesus symbolizes Christianity.
Osama Bin Laden symbolizes everything that is evil. He is a terrorist and he blows stuff up and he has no conscience.
To make Osama look like Jesus is a slap in the face to all Christians.
Cheers

From the drawing, Laden does look like that Jesus, but it is questionable whether that Jesus is the real Jesus.
Although the teaching of Jesus is emphasis on peace, he did ask his students to prepare swords for fighting. Peter did use his sword to cut an ear of a soldier as they were arresting Jesus. Hence, it would be sufficient to declare Jesus and his students as terrorists in their time.
Both Jesus and Laden encourage the destruction of social stability and economy in order to force people to their side and enslaved by their teaching.
Therefore, it is justified to say Laden similar to Jesus. Both should be crucified.

Apart from the art itself which is Bullsh*t.
Thats not done for arts sake, it`s done for publicity.

We have one God who has a son named Jesus.

Equating jesus with a terrorist seems a little bit like acusing jesus of terrorising people, and if it wasn't that then it means the person was trying to make fun of jesus. Either way theres alot of people who have strong beliefs over jesus and thats how it is.

It is offensive, comparing Bin Laden to Jesus. And, the "more people has been killed in Jesus name than in Bin Laden's" excuse is stupid to me. Jesus did not tell those people to kill anyone. He was a messenger of peace and love. Blame the people who used his words to kill. Not him.
