Those suffering have no money and don't warrant his attention. I hate to compare but he was sure out to Southern California after the fires. The fires were around multi-million dollar houses in Republican dominated areas.

Bush would have dropped the ball a sprint on the Katrina disaster, yet do no longer only element the finger at him. remember that the governor of the state the disaster happens in could ask the federal government for help earlier they'd step in and do something. in case you seem on the timeline...they did step in while she asked for it...days later. Finger pointing at Bush approximately Katrina does not help resolve something. in step with probability if human beings pointed arms at each and every of the people who knotted up a answer could be extra approximately. Oh... and for the reaction I have been given...i did no longer understand hatred could be a numerical fee. we could have a sprint equation. 2 terrorists ^2power = 4 terrorists. (2 terrorists - a million ineffective terrorist)^2power = a million terrorist. Did the massive apple cases coach your arithmetic?

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- A Louisiana congressman says e-mails written by the government's emergency response chief as Hurricane Katrina raged show a lack of concern for the unfolding tragedy and a failure in leadership.

State, County, and City officials also inept.

More than Black people got shafted.

He hasnt done anything? Are you truly that simple minded? Dont tell people they are ignorant when you falsely accuse someone of being rascist.Thats ignorant.Show me a single shred of proof that he has done nothing to help.He is the one leading the way you dumbass! Its not his fault people wont get jobs and support themselves. Most are lookin for a free ride off the government and the ones that truly need help suffer and so do the tax payers.

Oh you mean helping the "poor" people of New Orleans like this?

"President Bush on Sunday urged people living in the path of Hurricane Katrina to take the storm extremely seriously and to move to safer ground. "We cannot stress enough the danger this hurricane poses to Gulf Coast communities," said the president.

"We will do everything in our power to help the people and the communities affected by this storm," President Bush said as Katrina bore down on a stretch of coastline that includes New Orleans, a city sitting below sea level with 485,000 inhabitants. "I urge all citizens to put their own safety and the safety of their families first by moving to safe ground."

In addition to packing winds of up to nearly 175 mph, the category five storm also carried a threat of a massive storm surge."

http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2005/08/28/national/main798819.shtml

I am glad he had nothing to do with this and, according to some, even created it!

Well something must be going on nice there now since Republican was voted in down there now.

Hurricane is a powerful storm that can carry up to and over 75MPH winds, tornadoes, dangerous hail, flooding and can be very destructive. Anyone who actually thinks they can live everyday normal lives in just a small hurricane, well, they are not too bright. You don't see people in California trying to live everyday normal lives when there is fire coming their way do you?

Also, they were given billions of dollars as relief money, and wasted it!

"The government doled out as much as $1.4 billion in bogus assistance to victims of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, getting hoodwinked to pay for season football tickets, a tropical vacation and even a divorce lawyer, congressional investigators have found.

Prison inmates, a supposed victim who used a New Orleans cemetery for a home address, and a person who spent 70 days at a Hawaiian hotel all were able to wrongly get taxpayer help, according to evidence that gives a new black eye to the nation's disaster relief agency."

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,199348,00.html

One guy when given his relief money, instead of paying to repair his house or get some new living quarters, paying bills, and buying food and other needs until he can get back on his feet with a job or way of getting money in, he goes out and gets his sex change! Yeah, real victims down there.

I don't think Bush is prejudiced; he doesn't talk the talk, but he walks the walk. He has put more blacks, females, and Hispanics in high positions power than any other president I can think of. I don't think any president, Democrat or Republican, would help poor people as fast as rich people. Politicians know that the rich are the ones who are going to donate to their campaigns and that they are more likely to vote. Has any presidential candidate ever campaigned in the projects or a trailer park?

The storm has been over and done for quite a while. Why do you think Bush; or more to the point, my tax money should help you.

Why don't you get a job and take care of yourself, then it will not matter if the President likes you or not.

If the President hates blacks does much why does he have more black people in his cabinet than any other President in history.

MORE LIBERAL WHINE. what do you want bush to do? if you build a house in that type of situation at what point does the government have to protect you from being foolish? i get so sick and tired of hearing people get themselves into a situation like that and wonder what the goverment can do. again why is it my responsibility as a taxpayer to bail out someone stupid enough to settle in a KNOWN flood basin.

Sure, lets reward them for being too stupid to listen when someone tells them "There's a hurricane coming. You need to leave." Maybe the government could issue them some more debit cards, so they can buy more electronics equipment and lap dances.

what do you want him to do? he didn't create the problem how can you expect him to fix it himself? And when was it announced that he don't like black people I must have missed that press conference... Don't you think it is time to stop making race an issue? you only promote racism, you make no efforts to stop it!
