Back in the day they had Dunkie Butt by 12 Gauge, Dazzy Duks by Duice, and alot of other nonsensical rap. What's the south's problem with their artists?

You're overlooking the lyrical southern cats like Scarface (and the other Geto Boys), Ludacris, T.I., Bun B, Chamillionaire, Outkast, etc.

Pretty much. It just started catching on though, now the whole country's listening to it
obviously there are still some great rappers from the south, but for the most part, it's crunk-ish fake rap manufactured for radio play

I think it is because they choose to be Gangsta rappers rather than rappers which rap about something which is going on. Li Wayne is a poor rapper because this is his verse off Barry Bonds by Kanye West: "aye mr west we so outta here baby...

whenever they make them..i shal have them, oops I meant have them, im so crazy, but if u play crazy you'll be sleepin with daisies, its such a habit, oops I meant habit, and my drink still pinker than the easter rabbit, and im still cole(cold) like keshias family, stole on my waist turn beef to patties, and I ate it cuz im so at it, and I dont front, and I dont go backwards, and I dont practice, and I dont lack it, and u can get buried and suck my bat *****". I mean, what the f**k is that bulls**t. All the rappers nowadays have got nothing else to rap about. Li Waynew is from Louisiana.

I agree with you... like (65%) lol.
It's just that... southide is country side that's why
most of there songs sounds crappy...
but there are good rappers that I like from the south such as...
UKG, T.I. and Busta Rhymes.

the south does not have bad rappers. the prodigy a born legend, a.k.a. lil wayne is from the south and he destroys all rappers

All rap music is crappy!! It does my head in. Give me rock or soul any day. Don't care where it comes from.
