Can anyone give me an example how to formulate a breach of duty? I'm following the duty, breach of duty, cause in fact, and proximate cause format.

The breach of duty is related to the defendant's need to not have his own actions actually and proximately damage a foreseeable plaintiff. It's usually pretty easy to pull out of thin air using the above as a basis.

Defendant ________ has a duty to not cause injury to plaintiff _______ by performing ____________.

Breach of duty is when someone does not perform the job that is assigned to him or do something else for which he has no authority.
