Because they are the most comon things to worry about, i worry about things i cannot control but not because i cannot control them. Everyone has worries these are just more common.

Imagine an air bubble struck in the middle of a bucket of water. It will always try to come out in one way or other. The bubble's journey will be to reach to the mass portion of air which is outside of the water.

Now imagine that portion of air bubble with peoples 'dis satisfaction thoughts'. Not knowing the root cause of dissatifaction we generally adopt many physical and stimulous pleasures and temporarily assume to be happy. But again the dis satisfaction bubble tries to emerge out in one or other form because this bubble has not reached its goal.

In real life also, until and unless there is spiritual solace and the experience of God, people will always worrying about some thing or other. That is why it is said that 'when once you experience God, there is nothing else you can look for'.

Worry or tension or stress is a messanger which tells that we need to pay attention. We need to be calm and introvert to hear to that message.

I cant speak for everyone else but I know I don’t worry myself over things especially things that I have absolutely no control over. I believe the more you worry the more stress you add to your life and stress can cause physical illness and that’s just one more thing to worry about, but to answer your question (finally) people stress for different reasons some people just have to have some drama or excitement or even something to talk about in there life.
