If by now you mean beginning November - then I would say that if you got pregnant in July,it would be all of 4 months now and you may start feeling a slight movement, not the turning and moving around of the baby though, as yet.
Normally, babies start making slight movements when they are about 3 months old and as time passes, the movements become stronger and more frequent also.
At one or two months, it is rare for a foetus to move inside as it is still forming and the limbs and have not started developing as yet.
Any more queries, do ask me...I have had 4 babies and would be glad to be of any help.

I got pregnant in June I'm well into my 5th month now, by my 4th month I was feeling little butterfly movements and so on it depends on how attuned you are to your body. Sometimes women won't feel butterfly movements or anything similar til later on. But early in the july and august I didn't feel anything execpt morning sickness and the usual pregnancy symptons sore breasts, being tired, tightening below my navel.
Most women don't find out they're pregnant until they're about a 1 month or 2 months along and that's thru missing periods, morning sickness, tirediness and of course a pregnancy test and a doctor's examine. Your body will know if it's pregnancy or not and will let you know too, it's just your mind has to accept the pregnancy.

1st of all, it depends where in the uterus you're carrying. My son was down low, and no, I didn't feel anything for alomost 4 months. My daughters were right in front. It felt like I had a tennis ball in my stomach. Then, the "butterfly" feelings. Have your physician order an ultrasound for your peace of mind.

I got pregnant in August and could tell that something was going on even if I couldn't feel fetal movements yet. You generally don't start feeling those until well into the fourth month. In my case, it was in December.
