EVERYONE can wear red lipstick. In fact, Rachel Zoe (a famous fashion stylist) has it on the top 5 things under fifty dollars for every woman to have. You just have to find the right shade which may be difficult but given time, everyone can find one! Feel free to im me or e-mail me if you've got anymore questions!

It really depends on how you look. Some people with blonde hair and blue eyes will suit it some just won't.. Go ahead and put it on and ask someone opinion.

i dont think that you should base wearing red lipstick on your hair or eye color. i remember hearing that its more on the tone of your skin and to pick a complementary shade of red. example if your more tan and yellow under tones in your skin then you want a more red orange shade
this is what i hear

Pale skinned blondes should go with rose colored lip sticks I think. Really red lipsticks and pale skin make one look sick. But if you have a little color to your skin then you can pull it off.

Yes, it goes. Personally ive never seen why girls think having blue eyes is the best, ive always fallen for the ladies with green eyes. Its like some type of trap that i always fall for, green eyes are the best for any woman.

Definitely, but don't use too much makeup around your eyes if you are very, very fair skinned as well - as you can end up looking trashy.
